I received a series of emails today that I thought it might help other people out... The first email simply had one line in it... (the "+++" will indicate the end of the email and the start of the next)...

There is much to learn about yourself and your relationship with others when you experience such pain. Allow yourself to feel your feelings and recognize them, not as anger, loss, depression etc. but for what it truly is... LOVE. You see... In LOVE there must be sacrifice. What you are feeling is making you a better Lover, and better person... your capacity for LOVE is GROWING... these are simply Growing Pains that you are having. As you move forward, you will hopefully begin to see with new eyes and carry that LOVE and these new dimensions of self into ALL of your relationships... we will all be better for you having experienced this for us! Don't be afraid, ONLY GOODNESS is coming I assure you!!! : ) " +++ "I suppose there is still alot that I don't know or understand. And if these really are growing pains, how do I start change how I feel about my feelings" +++ "Don't judge your feelings... right now you're thinking they are bad. They are are simply tools to help you learn about yourself... they are not bad. With each episode of pain you are being streched, Streched, STRETCHED as a human, to make MORE ROOM for LOVE, HAPPINESS and JOY. Without the pain, you will simply stay at the same capacity you were at. NOW, as you're experiencing the "growing pains" you now have a MUCH LARGER capacity to be filled with LOVE, HAPPINESS and JOY. (Yes... unfortunately, your capacity for pain is larger too, but it just seems more intense because your vessel is bigger and you feel more alone. You are NOT more alone, you are just as alone as before, just have a bigger capacity.)" If you look at the date of my last posting, a LONG TIME has passed since I was told to write here on my website. You see, we are in a new era... a time where Silence is the key to the answers that so many of you seek. For a long time, it was important for us to learn from our "Wise Ones", but many became dependent on their wisdom and teachings and forgot how to connect to their own inner wisdom or TRUTH. No one person is more important or more wise than anyone else. We ALL have the same connection to TRUTH that everyone else has. The difference is our willingness to interpret or connect to that inner wisdom.
So... today... the "Silence is Broken" in-so-far-as I have been told to write to you today, but as you will see in the message, that the "Silence" is EVERYTHING. The Silence is the TOTALITY. The Silence COMPLETES THE PUZZLE. The "Wise Ones" already know this... in fact, EVERYONE knows this! So... no more playing around everyone... Listen, Listen to the Silence!!! The following message was given to me November 17, 2008... "Perspectives Layers, upon layers, upon layers, upon layers like an onion - Silence, Observing Silence, Observing Silence, Observing Silence, Transcends to the Core of Truth which is Silence. While Silence appears empty, it is in fact Fullness. Silence allows the experience of totality to exist without interference. Silence integrates into the totality, thereby becoming ONE - the "space between the space." The glue which binds everything together. There is nothing - "no-thing" but ONE. Imagine a complex 3 dimensional puzzle, or even a complex molecule... like a key which fits in a lock, the Silence or "Chi" - the energy that binds - is like a lock that fits ever so perfectly. Let's use the example of the Stereogram again. Within the scrambled picture it looks like there isn't much room to transcend with all of that static that is presented in the image. But, with the slightest of effort, actually by letting go of "control" - seeing with new eyes, in a new manner - you begin to see new dimensions. A new reality protrudes - a reality within a reality - dimensions within dimensions exist - and the experience is far more satisfying than just looking at static on a page. Our investment in experiencing life is what we make of it. Are we experiencing just the surface of the 3D or are we transcending the dimensions and fully embracing the experiences around us? This process is actually a physical process. Many people approach it from a mental or spiritual perspective, but those are only two of the dimensions. There certainly is a physical dimension to it as well. We are talking about protons, electrons, neutrons - energy, force fields, magnetism, polarity - all the laws of physics are intertwined in this process. It sounds complex - it is, only when one attempts to understand it with the human brain. Deep within the human experience is the in-bred code - the actual experience and reality which "KNOWS" ALL that is. When one dissects and compartmentalizes these experiences, it becomes complex. There are many parts, but only ONE reality. We are ALL Connected. There is only ONE. Your experience of these words is a separation of the ONE and Only. But, it is possible to continue to live and practice and as a human AND as ONE - these you call "Enlightened Beings - Saints". [Paul's explanation - As an example... if I mention the word "Aquarium" to you, the first image in your mind is the tank WITH THE FISH AND WATER, NOT just the tank... right??? We tend to think of the material world and separate out all of the empty space in between. This is incorrect thinking. Everything, including the EMPTY SPACE, is "ONE"... ONE complete Package. All of the laws of the physical realm co-exist and actually interact in direct relation to this nothingness. The emptiness is not empty unless we think of it as a human. It is just as solid as a molecule is - electrons separated in space (emptiness) in between protons and neutrons etc. ONE is as solid, as complete as "Aquarium".] It is all a foundation of Connectedness. Harm to one brings Harm to ONE. Love to one brings Love to ONE. The process of experiencing is not less than being enlightened. The process is actually important to experience because it brings material substance into the equation. The material brings a certain sensory satisfaction to the process that will aide you later, but ultimately it is the awareness of ONE that is the goal. "Goal" implies time, which is not real. "Process" implies time which is not real either. ONE does not exist in time but it encompasses time. Everything can be measured, but the measurement takes away from the enlightenment. In the Unitive process there are waves of awareness of (global) consciousness - in and out of Dimensions which serves to teach and enrich your experiences. You know everything I am telling you - there is nothing you don't know. People doubt everything. They doubt their intuition. An ignorance and cloak of fear blinds people from the Truth which is part of every fiber of their being. Allow the experiences to happen - don't fight the challenges that are being presented to you. They are all part of the experiences - the process to widen your knowledge and deepen your experience. What you experience as pain, you will soon experience as Joy because you will begin to remember how it is all connected to ONE. Your data banks of experiences are loading - the more you experience the more you get closer to fullness which is equal to SILENCE - to ONE. A client emailed me today (3/21/07) saying that she was feeling, "full of this horrific toxic energy that scares me and I feel very alone, as though I have done something horrible aganst God or my fellow man. Can the angels tell you anything about why I am feeling this way? I feel very sad and very, very alone."
I am sharing the reply I gave her from the Angels because I think it pertains to all of us. It is a message we all need to read... "Here's What the Angels Say To You Today... "There is nothing to worry about... You are a GIFT FROM GOD TO THE WORLD! You have been chosen for a special task of LOVE and INSPIRATION that no one else can do. Listen to your heart... Feel your feelings, and DO NOT BE AFRAID. We are teaching you Patience... We are teaching you Love. Isolation is part of growth. In the Silence you will hear the voice of God and know that you are not alone. Only you have the ability to unlock the special gift of LIFE that God has for you! In nature there is calmness, gentleness and peace. Look at its beauty and now see that YOU are just as beautiful as your surroundings. WE ASSURE YOU, you have done nothing wrong. The events of your life are clues and lessons for what you are to teach the world. Please, NEVER second guess why things happen... EVERYTHING happens for a reason and are truly KEYS to TRUTH. You have a mission to LIVE and you must use these keys to unlock the mystery of LIFE that is so AMAZING. You are putting together a great puzzle that is in sync with everyone else's puzzle. Each piece you connect not only makes the puzzle that much easier and clearer for you, but also for everyone else. This is part of ALIGNMENT. You see, as you align yourself with the process of LIVING, you are helping others align as well. You teach others how to live through your own actions. Your actions are a reflection of what you have learned. The equation is VERY, VERY SIMPLE! In your human form, you tend to complicate things because that is what you were taught. Remember what the Bible says... "Be like the children." Also Jesus said, "Let the children come to me." Adults complicate things... Children accept life without conflict. They absorb and live without complicating or analysing anything... they simply LIVE. Be assured Sweet Child, You are Great, You Are Royal and We Love You. There is nothing to worry about, you are in Our embrace. We know you are experiencing doubt and isolation, but We assure you, it is all an illlusion and part of the process of unlocking the code. Teach. Live. LOVE!" Here's a message from the Angels early this morning (Thursday, 1/18/2007)...
"In order to move forward with change, the physical structure of your environment must change. The layout and configuration of your physical environment (your "stuff") holds energy in a certain pattern. Each and every physical object holds energy in a certain configuration or grid and by keeping your environment the same, you will continually hold your mental and spiritual planes caught in the same grid. If you want change, you must change your physical grids. Remove clutter... release and let go of old "idols" or shrines to the past. Your memories will still exist - you will still have those experiences in your heart. But, by releasing them from the physical plane into the spiritual plane, you are allowing yourself to transform and evolve into a higher dimension. The less you hold on to in the Physical Dimension, the more you will have in the Spiritual realm. It is up to you. One note - the Spiritual realm is Lighter, more Liberating and Freer than the Physical Realm. It is up to you. Let Us carry your burdens." Message Continues 1/19/07 10pm... "Each physical form holds energy in a specific pattern or formation. Each item serves to teach us a reality - or reminds us of lessons that help us sync to the grid. When we arrange items on a mantle we place them "just right" as if we are adjusting a TV antenna or a dial on a radio to get the frequency right. There are only a certain # of spaces on the grid like on a chess board. Each piece has its place. In order for the game to progress, pieces must move and as each player progresses the opponent must adjust and re-strategize to the new coordinates. Chess players think in a different language than their native tongue when playing chess. They are tuning in to the coordinates of strategy and learning as they go. Such is everything in life. You must make room on the game board to progress and win. Patterns, patterns, patterns! 111, 333... these are ordered for a purpose and they are part of the design of Life. Dancers move their body in sync to these patterns without knowing it. We each must continue to practice our "modes of expressing" these patterns but now with a CONSCIOUS AWARENESS of the rhythms, so we can more rapidly align ourselves to the grids which bring order and process to reality. By practicing our "modes of expression" we celebrate Joy, we experience alignment in its truest form. By now consciously being aware of this significant alignment to the natural order, we are like a well manufactured clock that we can rely on for consistency and reliability. It is your job to Celebrate, so do it! To the artist the language is color and form. To the musician it is beat, rhythm and harmony. There are scientific principles which are significantly ordered and aligned that are guiding the processes of the physical dimension which most humans are oblivious to. Yes, they play their instruments and run their races (all of which they do because it brings a certain level of joy to them, but they truly don't realize HOW IMPORTANT and CRITICAL that these processes are to the overall function of the grid), but the motivational forces behind these impulses is scientific, ordered and a very specific "language" chosen for that individual. Become familiar with these new "native tongues" and you will open yourself up to brilliantly fantastic dimensions that you were oblivious to before. Yes, you loved your music or enjoyed the adrenaline as you practiced your craft, but you must now recognize these gifts as they truly are - open your eyes to the languages hidden within and you will truly be enriched and be awakened to new dimensions. It is now time. H2O is always H2O - the energy grid of water holds its pattern. Its energetic bonds, like gravity, have its effect on those other molecules surrounding it. Taking this knowledge and now applying it to the Emotional and Spiritual Dimensions, you realize the grand effect one has on the grand scheme of Life. The magician or the sorcerer of old was not off base at all - as the physical environment is manipulated, so too are the Emotional and Spiritual Dimensions. They cannot be separated. Cause and effect. The question now remains; does one use this power/energy/knowledge for good or for evil? The "Secret" was hidden simply to gradually release the knowledge at the proper time. You cannot open all the floodgates at once or all the land below will be flooded. The Universe is now ready for this new aspect of operation - this new dimension to be explored and perfected. It is time to bring order to Goodness and the Power back into LOVE & JOY. Bright Lights will emerge. Beacons of energy will guide the others to Source. Love, Love, Love - Always keep these friends close to your heart - They need you - You need them! But your relationships are changing from the Physical dimension into the Spiritual dimension. Neither of you need the physical dimension to show your Love. The physical actually gets in the way. Give yourself the Freedom to expand your Love to its greatest dimensions - Forgive and Love. That is all that is needed. Have you noticed there is a lot of "Drama" going on right now? We thought last year was difficult... WOW... what's up now???!!!
I wrote the following to a friend this morning in response to her question... "This is what's going on right now in the world... we are in a time of great challenge for everyone... mostly emotional and spiritual. We are in a period which is a "get in your face" space where we are being challenged to look at who we are at the core of our being. There is no longer an allowance for being "in the middle." Situations, events and relationships are challenging us to look DEEP WITHIN to truly extract where we are coming from... what our values are and how we would make our decisions. While it is a period of great frustration, pain and hurt, it is also a period of great CLARITY (once the situations are processed) which strengthens us deep, deep within. While we feel empty and alone on one hand because we feel abandoned by TRUTH (and the people we hoped lived in TRUTH), but on the other hand we receive much strength knowing that we DID/DO the right thing! It is an empty, lonely feeling, but it is, without a doubt the seat of TRUTH! So... now what? Now we know that we choose to live our lives in TRUTH, great... wow... now what???!!! I am NOT talking about [...] any particular events. All of this is REALITY... this is what is happening to everyone and there are basically two (possibly 3 groups) emerging from all of this. The first group is US... the group that is witnessing the BS in our lives from those that mean the most to us. We witness betrayal and decisions which are BEYOND comprehension for us. We are the group that is dumbfounded. We are shaking our heads and can't believe what is going on. The second and perhaps the only other group are these people who are disappointing us in our lives. I have struggled with this a lot recently and I KNOW what the answer to it all is, but I'll tell you down below. This second group simply DOES NOT have the CAPACITY or the CALLING to witness to the TRUTH to the depth and degree that WE are... OK? They are LITERALLY BLIND to what is happening. They do not have the same outlook that we do... they do not have the same capacity for knowing right and wrong. They are "smaller containers" of the Truth. The solution is below. The third group, which I really, TRULY PRAY does NOT exist are evil people! There is a possibility that there are people out there who want to do evil. Because this is so terrifying to me, I choose to NOT BELIEVE that there could possibly be such an entity. Evil and darkness are only an ILLUSION. People CHOOSE darkness. They choose depression and lack. It's not so much the choice of darkness, rather, the choice of LACK. They choose limitations. They choose deprivation. They choose to not fully embrace the LIGHT. Remember... their "containers" are smaller so they don't feel the lack as much as we do. We have far more emptiness to feel (when we are empty) because our containers are so much bigger. So... what is the solution? LOVE There is ONLY LOVE. FORGIVENESS is a dimension of LOVE. Can we blame others for having a different mission or container size in life than ours? If we can look at and believe that these people and situations are LESSONS FOR OUR JOURNEY, NOT THEIRS, then this brings a completely new dimension to all of this. You and I NEED to experience the hurt, the disappointment, the betrayal and the abandonment, because it HELPS US GROW. I tell my clients constantly that our "human dimension is being stretched, Stretched, STRETCHED to make more room for our DIVINE dimension! TO MAKE MORE ROOM FOR LOVE, MORE ROOM FOR HAPPINESS, MORE ROOM FOR JOY. By having these reminders of sadness in our lives (these miserable people) it SHOULD help us to truly appreciate OUR GOODNESS, OUR WEALTH (Physical, Emotional and Spiritual), and this should STRENGTHEN us to LIVE, not to crawl up under a rock and die or abandon these people when they need us most, but to surround yourself with the LIGHT WITHIN OURSELVES so that others can witness to GOODNESS, LOVE, TO HAPPINESS & TO JOY. If you clean the slate and erase all the emotional ties to all of these situations it all boils down to the TRUTH, there is only ONE thing... THERE IS ONLY LOVE. Peter... Do you LOVE Me? Yes, Lord, I love you. Peter... Do you LOVE me? Yes, Lord, I Love you. Peter... Do you LOVE me? Yes, Lord, I LOVE YOU. Then... Feed My Sheep!" WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO SHARE THE LIGHT OF LOVE and to FORGIVE. NONE of that "stuff" we've been upset over means anything. It is all pointless because THERE IS ONLY LOVE. When the DIVINE SPIRIT rises within, It is time to claim our Royal seat. We were created in the "image and likeness of God"... LIVE IN LOVE THERE IS NOTHING BUT LOVE & FORGIVENESS! Does this make us feel any better? Perhaps not yet because our humanity still feels the pain and hurt, but WE UNDERSTAND. "Letting go" is our job at hand and letting people live THEIR lives, not ours! Hope this helps, and I hope you understand what I am saying. It is difficult, but its what we are supposed to do. Listen, I was wondering something. Can you ask the angels questions? I've always wanted to know. You know movies like the "Da Vinci Code" Or "The Last Temptation of Christ." What do God and the angels think of them? Do they just see them as films for humans or entertainment or something else. I've always wanted to know. Last night, I saw a few scenes from "The Last..." And I know there was so much controversy around it... but in it, I saw a Jesus who overcame obstacles and who was loving and caring and truly the son of God... and yet so many people got angry because of one scene. If Jesus (And I don't believe he did, but I'm just thinking) had a family, wouldn't he have made a great father and a good man? God created children, he created us. I don't believe Jesus had Children with Mary Magdalene, but I do think he would have been an amazing father. :) And in a way, to those who followed him, wasn't he? Anyway, I was just wondering. These movies are there to OPEN YOUR MIND and to help you question your faith. God speaks in the stillness of your heart and it is there that you will know the Truth! I totally agree about you with the "Last Temptation"... the movie was controversial, but it ended right and the it showed the HUMAN dimension to Jesus that people forget about. He was FULLY HUMAN and FULLY DIVINE. I believe He experienced life very much like we do... He laughed, He cried, He even had to have faith and QUESTION His faith too. Remember, He said "My God, My God, Why have you forsaken me???!!!" Basically saying, "Where the heck are you God???!!!" If JESUS can ask these questions, we can too! I am not worried about you one bit my friend... you're right on track! You are curious about life, you ask the right questions and it totally sounds like you're making the right conclusions when it comes down to it all. Does it matter if Jesus had children or not? NO. Do we know if he did... No. We need to LISTEN to His words and follow Him. They asked Him... "Jesus, what is the Greatest Commandment?" and He said, "LOVE... To LOVE GOD.... and the Second is like it... TO LOVE Your neighbor as yourself!" SO... LOVE, LOVE, LOVE is the Secret. Follow the path of LOVE and everything will be fine. OK... What is going on here???!!!
Yesterday afternoon (Friday), I went down to visit my friend "Alex" at the crisis home and he is doing well. THANK YOU to everyone who has sent your well wishes and kind thoughts his way!!! Earlier in the week I visited him, and I shared the story about finding another one of my homeless friends that I was worried about in a neighborhood I have never been in. (See "A Needle in a Haystack" Part 1.) With all this stuff going on in my life, I have been thinking about how fortunate I am to have my life and all the goodness and blessings I have. I have been thinking a lot about all these homeless friends of mine (hundreds over the years) and how much I truly love them. So many non-homeless people "miss out" because they are afraid of the homeless and bypass potentially WONDERFUL friends with HUGE hearts!!! All they need is to be treated with DIGNITY, RESPECT and LOVE and you will have a friend for life! One friend in particular, Ryan, was 17 or 18 when I first met him. He was the smartest of all the kids out there on the street and he always made sure everyone else ate before he did. He was sort of a "Guardian Angel" for all his other street friends. Ryan is schizophrenic and what is called a "Tweeker"... a crystal meth addict. He loved music, so I gave him a guitar which he would play night and day to support himself. Over the two years I knew him, he declined rapidly and his paranoia became pretty bad mostly due to his drug addiction. One day he disappeared and it has been 4 years since I have seen him. I have asked the street gang off and on if any of them have heard from him, and I would get news once in awhile about what was going on with him. I guess he went to the police in the town I knew him in (Oceanside) and he "narked" about all of the various drug dealers in the city. He was instrumental in cleaning up a lot of the drug traffic that was going on. BUT, when you are a nark, your life is in danger, so he had to leave. He went to Oregon to his father's place for a little bit, but eventually moved to San Diego which is about 45 minutes from Oceanside. Ryan will always be one of my favorite street friends because of the good he has done for so many people. It is hard to see because he has such a good heart and is so thoughtful when it comes to OTHER people, but he just can't seem to love HIMSELF enough to get clean. BUMMER! I have thought so much about him all this week after finding my other friend Joey. So, after my visit with Alex yesterday, I was driving home and decided to go back to the same restaurant I had stopped in earlier in the week where I bumped into Joey. As I'm driving up trying to find a parking place, I look ahead on the corner and THERE WAS RYAN!!! It had been 4 years since I had seen him, but I recognized him IMMEDIATELY!!! I honked my horn and waved to him to come over and I said, "Hey Ryan, it's Tall Paul from Oceanside... Remember me?" He said, "Holy Sh#T!!! PAUL... How's it going... Oh My God... I can't believe it!!!" Well... That made two of us!!! Here I was in this neighborhood that I had only been in once before and here I find ANOTHER NEEDLE IN A HAYSTACK!!! I found a parking spot and we talked for about an hour and a half. He looked really good, but he is still homeless. Still on drugs. Now he is selling drugs. I told him how much I missed him and how I always admired how he took care of everyone out there on the streets and how I always thought that he had so much potential to do good. I told him that I loved him and that my other friends Jessie and Cindy also love and believe in him. I KNOW I was touching him in a long forgotten way... the streets are hard and he needed to hear that there are people still out there that believe in him! I gave him my number and invited him to go with me sometime to my camper that I keep out in the desert. I think he needs to get away and get some fresh air and really think things over about life. He said he is so tired of all the drugs and the way of life and he wants to stop someday soon. He may never stop, but at least I KNOW that HE KNOWS now that I LOVE HIM and BELIEVE IN HIM. I feel good because I WASN'T AFRAID to tell him how I was feeling. He may never be ready to get help, but at least he knows without a doubt that he is LOVED, and that's all that matters. He has someone now to turn to if and when he is ready to get help. How often do you tell your family and friends just how much you LOVE and BELIEVE in them???!!! We forget how important this is... we all need to hear this so don't be afraid to tell them how you think TODAY!!! I don't know what it is about that restaurant in that little neighborhood that God and the Angels keep sending me to, but I'm going to keep going back whenever I'm in the neighborhood!!! MIRACLES have happened this week there... The MIRACLE of Joey and the Miracle of Ryan. Both "Tweeker" Drug Addicts. Both homeless. Both have no direction in life. BOTH AMAZING, LOVING, SELFLESS PEOPLE Who I am PROUD to call my FRIENDS!!! Thank you God for the Gift that these friends are to me!!! |
